Domestic Orders (Australia)
We accept returns for domestic orders. Once we’ve received and inspected your item, you may choose one of the following:
- Exchange for a different size
- Store credit for your next purchase
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and free from marks such as makeup or fake tan
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Sale & Clearance Items
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are not covered by BYTCT unless the item is faulty or damaged
- We recommend using Australia Post (AUSPOST) to ensure your return safely reaches us, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit
If you are returning an item due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Other personal reasons
you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds are not offered for these reasons. Once your item is returned in its original condition, we will gladly provide either:
- Store credit, or
- An exchange
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged:
- Items deemed faulty within 30 days may be returned
- BYTCT will cover the shipping cost for any replacement item sent to you
Please note: Issues reported outside the 30-day period are considered normal wear and tear and are not eligible for return.
Processing Times
Once we receive your return, processing usually takes 1–2 business days. After your return has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Refund Processing
Once approved and processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Socks
- Towels
- Clearance items
International Orders
Due to logistics limitations, we are currently unable to process physical returns for international orders.
However, your satisfaction still matters to us. If there is an issue with your item, we are happy to offer store credit to help make it right. Please contact our team and we’ll take care of you 💌
Expo & Event Purchases
All purchases made at fitness expos, pop-up events, and in-person activations are considered final sale.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Personal preference
Please ensure you carefully check sizing and products before purchasing.
